Vibration Workouts

The Wholebody Systems trainer will identify the specific personal goals of each client and apply the necessary vibration routine. It can include simply standing on the machine to receive vibrations, intensive workout routines to target specific muscle groups, and everything in between.

Therapeutic Routines

The vibration plate will increase the efficiency of all movements and motions. Applying certain stretching routines, including brief yoga poses, will increase blood flow in all areas of the body and help to improve flexibility.

Intensive Training

These workouts will include heavy repetitive movements to isolate and condition specific muscle groups. The WBS trainers may also incorporate supplemental equipment such and hand weights and medicine balls to complete the total body conditioning routine.

Research

Scientific research on the effects of vibration therapy has been conducted all over the world. The results suggest that people with debilitating conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, stroke victims, and many other conditions, may achieve the many benefits of exercise while working within their personal limitations and minimizing stress on their joints and ligaments. Here are just some of the many clinical research studies that have been performed.

1. WBV vs. Walking
2. Effects of WBV on Multiple Sclerosis Symptoms
3. Effects of WBV on Circulation
